Domino's Pizza - Highland Village

Pizza is usually good. Pick up times are accurate. My problem is the pizza cutting is inconsistent, uneven slices and not cut all the way through. This is not based on one experience, I get pizza 3 times a month at this location and cutting is consistently inconsistent.

3 times in a row I've ordered food and have picked up carside delivery by going in and getting my cold food because no one wants to walk outside so I have them deliver and my food was cold and soda was warm from being in the hot bag :

I like Pappa John's Pizza . But this location I don't know what is going on there.. I ordered a pizza there about a year and a half ago and they took so long for a pickup I didn't go back tell yesterday.. I ordered a pizza online at 6:20 pm I thought it was extremely long that I had to wait tell 7:23-7:35 pm. But u know what I had things I had to do in between so ok no biggie I guess.. I get there and there is a line almost out door. Nobody wants to talk to customers to get them cleaned out. But u got pizza makers wearing long john stocking smoking a e cigg telling customers to leave him alone he's trying to make a pizza. And then you got people making pizza with there long hair all out and others that looked like they literally rolled out of bed and went to work in there PJ cmon Pappa John's .. i get good workers are hard to come by theses days but this location is getting bad and I didn't get my pizza tell 8:15 with no apologies for the extra40 minutes ... I waited for a total of almost two hours for a pizza CARRYOUT WOW
