Firehouse Subs Highland Heights

Good food, quick service. Friendly employees. But they always forget my extra pickle and still charge me for it :

Took advantage of the Presidents Day special. Excellent subs. Hook n' Ladder the go-to.

Brisket sandwich is delicious, but at almost $40 for two meals for two people, it better be. Loses one star for value, one star for having Fox News on, another star for the TV being unbearably loud. Turn on local news, or the weather channel, or anything less polarizing.

This was located near the campus of Northern Kentucky University. Never had Firehouse Sub. I was very pleased with my choices. 1. To eat here and 2. Having the meatball sub. Clean dining hall and bathrooms. Staff was working hard and was very friendly. The sub was delicious. I will definitely eat at another Firehouse Sub.

I really enjoy Firehouse Subs but I always feel like it’s hit or miss. I purchased two large sandwiches which is 30 dollars, I live just 5 minutes away and when I got home our food was very cold. Not just cooled off, cold. I just felt like an inconvenience for even walking in and the open sign was off so I’m assuming that was what they were going for. Probably won’t spend the money again
