Old Pines - Highland

We started our evening at the cozy lounge area with drinks and appetizers before heading to the dining area for dinner. The meal was fantastic. We began with perfectly cooked scallops and spiced carrot falafels, followed by a delicious lamb main course. The desserts were outstanding, as were the homemade chocolates served with coffee. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the setting was beautiful. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Booked Dinner recently at this venue. Location was excellent, service was good as was the food. Reasonably priced menu.

The view from the restaurant window is beautiful. We were seated in a lounge while we were waiting for the previous diners to vacate. We were served aperitifs while waiting. The food I ate, twice cooked belly pork melted in my mouth. In fact it...was so good we returned the next night so I could have another helping. My wife and friends also enjoyed their food which was served hot. Staff were excellent and smiled a lot.

Had a lovely light lunch here today. Chilled amond soup was sublime! Really nicely presented and very fresh toasted sandwiches to follow. Staff friendly and helpful. Great view across the strath. Highly recommend. Grounds impeccably kept.

Had the most delicious meal last night. Food was amazing service tip top. Menu varied with a totally vegetarian section. Covid compliance first class. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Definitely our go to restaurant. Thank you to Ken and the team
