Disappointed. Service was very poor apart from one guy who was trying his best. Steaks weren't cooked as requested, Rare came as medium and vice versa, Sirloin ordered and Rump served. Although not what was ordered the steaks were tasty just a shame as it could have been delicious. Kids fish had more batter than fish. Kids steak was brittle it was so over done. Burger came raw in the middle and the rest of us were finished before it was served again. Real effort was made to get anyone's attention for drinks and the bill. The one good guy tried his best and did remove some of the food from the bill.

Outstanding! Had the pan fried duck special and couldn't have been more pleased. The entree was perfectly prepared and so were the accompanying vegetables red cabbage and a mashed potato dish). Beautifully plated as well. Didn't expect such good fare. Price was perfect too £15.95). Our party of 4 are wonderful meals and each of us had a glass of wine. Total bill was just under £100!

Went along for lunch menu. Only anther two couples in at the time. Ordered minute steak on ciabatta. Everything hot however the steak was grizzly and of poor quality. Waitress did offer to cook fresh which they did however by the time it arrived my partner had to sit and watch me eat my entire meal. No offer of discount or compensation. Rather disappointing

It came recommend at the hotel and the sample menu showed vegetarian options so we went. Service was slow despite going soon after opening and before the dinner rush. There was only 1 option that was vegetarian friendly and that was after I asked for the meat to be taken off. They were also sold out of dessert. Again we went soon after they opened for the day.

Avoid this place. Five of us ordered meals, none of which were correct. We all ended up eating alone as each dish was served at different times, after waiting an hour. We received no apologies and the staff's attitude was terrible - they just shrugged their shoulders.
