Lime Tree - Highland

A charming boutique restaurant with a touch of an art gallery. The service was flawless, though not exceptional. The food was delicious and of top quality. The chocolate dessert was out of this world. Another highlight was their ability to make an Aperol Spritz, a rare find on the west coast. After traveling the west coast of Scotland twice, this restaurant remained one of our favorites.

We had a pleasant dinner at a cozy boutique restaurant. The decor was charming, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was fantastic, and it was a treat to watch the two cooks prepare the meals in the open kitchen. Based on our experience, we highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a delicious dinner and breakfast at this restaurant. It was always a treat to see the chef in action. They were able to accommodate my dairy-free diet with many options to choose from. It was not a problem for them at all.

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious meal at the Lime Tree and were well looked after by the very friendly staff. We also enjoyed the in house art gallery and exhibition of Shackleton’s voyage, and the cosy fire in the sittingroom. A delightful evening.
