Mcdonald's - High Ridge

My husband just ordered curb side pick up. But apparently they dont do curbside pick up so after waiting 20 mins for his order, he had to wake up my sleeping toddler and go inside to their now cold food. Beyond enjoy that my toddler gets to eat cold food. If your gonna have signs and spots and the option for curbside then actually do your jobs. You all want higher lay but cant even do your job duties.

I went on Saturday and ordered a large fry, meals, etc. Everything was old. The fries were the worst. You could tell. And their dining was closed at 6pm.... now today It's Monday and dinner time, ordered a large fry. Again food is old and cold. Both times fries were dark, and not crunchy. They are chewy, soggy. Both times patties on burgers are old. Not sure what the location is doing but they keep messing up.

Sit there for 30 minutes and then they give the wrong food and sit there for 15 more minutes and then i had to go inside to get my food ready bad service

I dont know what they are doing different at this location. But, I always get the best tasting food here. And it's always hot!! This location for sure has it going on.

I paid for my order but had to wait 30 minutes to get my food. The order was never placed. I sat in front of the doors. The employee that brought out food kept bringing the wrong order. The manager came out and finally fixed it but kept my recipt
