A&W - High Prairie

Bought a Mozza combo and a Teen burger combo and because the mozza was plain they must have assumed the teen burger was plain even know I never said it was. Came back a few mins later and they were closing. Went to the window and they just looked at us and then went to the back. That was extremely rude after they messed up. Won’t be eating there again. Lost a long time customer.

Our recent visits to this establishment have been disappointing. On both occasions, we encountered staff who seemed unhappy with their jobs, which reflected in their service. Additionally, the quality of the food left much to be desired, and the overall customer experience was severely lacking.

Everytime I go here, they are super slow, and screw up my order, unfortunately there's not much in HP to eat as for fast food, so this is one of the only options, and sadly, they are losing alot of people's interest with their screw ups.

Always good food. Staff is excellent. Restaurant is clean. Prices are kinda steep, but that's kind of the norm around here.
