Subway - High Point

The current manager, Meghan, is outstanding. She goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are satisfied. She suggests different dressings that enhance the meal, making the overall experience much better. As a vegan, I truly appreciate how she makes sure my order is fully packed with delicious items like sweet ingredients and guacamole. I’ve never encountered another Subway manager who is so attentive to customers and their orders. She deserves a higher position in the company because she truly is a gem.

On June 5, 2018, my husband and I visited this location and had a disappointing experience. The manager, Holly, was quite rude and unprofessional. While we were ordering our subs, she had a dismissive attitude and rushed us, even though there was no one waiting behind us. Her customer service left much to be desired. Unfortunately, my husband and I will not be returning to this location until the manager receives proper training on how to provide excellent customer service.

I ordered the daily special, and it was tasty. However, the staff wasn't very friendly, and the cleanliness of the place didn't seem up to par compared to other Subway locations I've visited.

The service was outstanding and the food was excellent. They showed great patience with my son during his order, and were very accommodating overall.

Always have a good experience here. Parking area is small. The young lady Vanessa is a delight, she shows pride in her work and it shows in something as insignificant as her making a sandwich. Her care in making sure each bite holds equal portions of yourchoice of topping made me take note of her excellent service.
