Mcdonald's - High Point

This location was one of the best run and clean McD's we've ever visited. Antonio appeared to be the manager by the White shirt and he was absolutely great. All McD's franchises need to clone this gentleman. Watching him work with the others in a respectable way. And it was easy to see the people enjoyed doing a great job for him. Great job Antonio! I hope you continue influencing others and working to be a great leader you already seem to be at this location.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I often go to this place because it's close to my house, and it's my son, and I what we do after his football practice once a week. every week I remembered why I didn't like her and if it wasn't that my son made happy I would never patronize. as an experiment I went daily for 10 days directly to this same place to order two oreo mcflurries, and daily for ten days straight was told to me that the ice machine was down, today I was so sick of it I naturally said it is, and the drive thru worker reacted, uh, yes, it is. what is the point of having something on their menu that can never be ordered.

After waiting in the drive through line for 40 minutes. My $36.73 meals, lol, fries halfway cooked and cold, 2/4 burgers where wrong, 2 ten pieces NO sauces, iced carmel macchiato didnt even have ice. Went in the store, I only requested my sauces being that it was a school and my kids already had to wait for cold food. All I can say is who raised these kids, playing with our food. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered item 2a combo at this location. 1/4 lb cheeseburger fries and drink. I was told that the soda machine was broke so only ice tea or milk shake was available to drink. The burger was cold and the fries barely warm. I’m very dissatisfied with this experience.

The employees need better communication, customer service skills and be determined. Our order always is wrong or not the way it was ordered. McDonald's delivery is even worse. The individuals that work there all are disengaged, on they phones and rude.
