Mcdonald's - High Point

I order the same thing every morning. Medium mocha frappe with a shot of espresso and crushed Oreo added. I was not aware of these add ons until I ordered through door dash one morning. This has become part of my daily routine. Absolutely love the staff in the morning! However, the staff in the afternoon, specifically around/after 1pm seem to be unaware of the menu items. This is my second time being told by the staff that they are not allowed to add Oreo to Frappes. I have had to produce a receipt showing them otherwise. This is the second time that I have received my frappe without having the crushed Oreo added, after already paying. So basically they still refused to give me what I asked/payed for thinking that I would not notice. I am very disappointed.

One of the best McDonald 's I 've been to. The manager 'Mr. Ray ' was very friendly, walking around to tables asking customers 'how is your meal ', is the anything I can get for you ' etc. Just a real friendly atmosphere.

I’m not crazy anyway about mcdonald’s, but the pommes were cold, the sandwich was just barely warm. Food: 1/5

That was the best meal I had for years at mcdonald! everything was on the spot. even to the koks. thank you. I go back to lunch? food: 5/5
