Lulu Blu - High Point

I had never been to this restaurant before, but decided to visit after learning it was under new ownership. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing and fresh food options available. Unlike most places that only offer an impossible burger for vegans, this restaurant had a great variety for both vegan and non-vegan options. The portions were generous, providing great value for the price. I will definitely be returning again in the future.

The food at this restaurant was terrible and the service was rude. We have visited a few times over the years and initially enjoyed the food when it first opened, but it has since deteriorated. We will not be returning. The shrimp scampi tasted like lemon juice poured over mercury-infused shrimp, the Bolognese was overly sweet, and the risotto was made with plain rice instead of arborio rice. It seems like the chef lacks knowledge in their cooking. The waitress was unpleasant. There are many excellent restaurants in the High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem area, but unfortunately, this is not one of them.

We had a wonderful dinner. The waitress and rest of the staff were great. A few specials and plenty of beer/wine to choose from. We picked a few of the crowd favorites and they didn?t disappoint. Many reviews I read are sooooo off. Not sure why, but it?sworth going again.

I took my girlfriend to this restaurant for her birthday. We had a reservation at 7 o'clock and everything seemed promising at first. However, once the server took our order (we ordered everything at once), she essentially disappeared. When our appetizer arrived, she refreshed our water and left without saying a word. I had to inform our food runner that it was my girlfriend's birthday. By now it was around 7:20, and our main course didn't come out for almost another 45 minutes. Again, the food was brought to us, the waitress asked if we had everything we needed, and then disappeared again. Throughout the meal, we only saw our waitress about 2-3 times, nothing was done or offered for the birthday celebration, and the service was terrible. However, the food was good! I'm not sure if we will return to this restaurant.

First experience was very pleasant. Food was great. Osso bucco was delicious and wagyu sliders we highly recommend as a meal instead of an appetizer. My wife had pasta which she said was very good.
