Hooters - High Point

My boyfriend and I went in craving wings, but our experience was disappointing from the start. Upon entering, we noticed five staff members at the front, some even dining, and it took quite a while for one of them to seat us. Once at our table, we waited over 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order, despite the fact that the restaurant wasn't busy and most tables were empty. We could see those same girls still standing at the entrance, showing no awareness of our wait. After 20 minutes without anyone attending to us, we decided to leave. Not a single person tried to stop us as we walked out. Overall, the service was terrible! We ended up going to a nearby restaurant where we were seated immediately and asked for our order right away.

The wait time was incredibly disappointing! I understand they were short-staffed, but that doesn't excuse it. I waited over 30 minutes for tater tots that didn't taste quite right. My sandwich was decent, but my father's wings were served at room temperature. We also waited an additional 30 minutes just for blue cheese. We arrived at 7:30 and didn't leave until 9:30. I definitely won't be returning. Hooters has really declined! I tried this location after having multiple bad experiences at the Greensboro one, but it was no better at all.

Loved the experience...took my brother in love there for a bday dinner. Even though the servers clothes have gotten less...they were friendly and had great customer service. We will return. The food was good as well. Freshly cooked.

Our server was exceptional. Even though it was her first week, she did an outstanding job. She was quick and made sure the food arrived while it was still hot!

I got there Original Chicken Sandwich medium buffalo style sauce was good the bun was good the lettuce the Tomato was fine but the chicken breast was barely 1/8 of an inch thick and hard as a rock all the way through it and very dry my grandson had the Philly cheese steak he said which was very good should have went with his decision atmosphere is usually Hooters waitress was very helpful and pleasant and not bad on the eyes grandson enjoyed his meal for his birthday that's all it was about but come on Hooters you need to step it up I've been coming to you for many years with all three of my grandsons taking them there for their birthday lunches oldest one to 17 now many years step up your game or I won't be back I will find another place thank you much
