Cook Out - High Point

This place has one crew that's always on point then the other crew doesn't get anything right. They gave us 4 extra pieces of chocolate cheesecake the other night and we didn't even order chocolate cheesecake we ordered chocolate chip cheesecake andstrawberry cheesecake. They messed up a blt with no mayo no lettuce and add cheese 8 times one night... the food will be coldor the fries will be soggy like they just reheated them in the oil. They either give us unsweet tea or the tea is so warm itmelts the ice and tastes watered down. One night a manager yelled at me saying I ordered my food wrong. How else can you ordera blt no mayo no lettuce add cheese so I said bacon tomato and cheese on a bun he said what? Those were the only 2 ways. I wasat the walk up window and another customer was at the drive thru having problems with him as well.. they forget food leave stuffoff the trays. Over charge. Then dont want to fix it or some get an attitude if you ask them to fix it. We spend atleast 40bucks here 4 to 6 times a week because of the work hours we have right now. Some of the workers are awesome but it's the oneswho act like they hate life and their jobs that need to be replaced

Worst CookOut in the History of Cookouts. Crazy wait times. They rarely get your order right and depending on when you go you may get on food instead of fresh food.

After Spooky Woods was SUCH a disappointment, this place made my night. It was the only place open and my daughter suggested it. The chicken strips snack, the strawnerry cheesecake shake, and the cheese bites made my night.

They're so rushy to get the drive thru line down , they don't read the ticket order. Check your order entirely prior to leaving their restaurant. DO BETTER!

They have went down hill over the years. Way back when they had ok food. Now not so much. It seems all the works are babies.. Update 8-20-22 I don't know why I keep bothering with this cook out every time I go the food is way overcookedimpossible to eat. Never hive napkins ????Tonight when I ordered the lady on the speaker taking the order cut me off before Ican even finish my order,had to finish my order at the window. If I could give 0 stars ???? I would (look at all that season onthose fries....side note : I visited the W Gatecity Blvd location in Greensboro NC a few weeks ago and I was so shocked on howdifficult the food was.. It was great.
