Bojangles - High Point

The food at this Bojangles location is either overcooked to the point of being like a hockey puck, or, like my last experience, it gave me stomach pain within half an hour of eating. The staff here is not very friendly.

The service is good, however the food is disappointing. The chicken is decent, but the mashed potatoes and gravy are terrible. At first I thought it was sausage gravy, but it turned out to be more like scrapple gravy. The green beans were okay and the fries were good with seasoning salt. This will be my last time eating here. The food is lacking.

My partner and I like to come to this restaurant during his short work break to grab something quick at the drive-thru. Today, however, we waited in line for 15 minutes which left him with only 5 minutes to eat before returning to work. The issue was not the long wait time, but the fact that they were serving customers who arrived after us, causing us to wait even longer. As regular customers, we expect better service and adherence to the first come, first served rule. We are very disappointed and will address this issue with the restaurant management soon. It is important to have efficient staff who can do their job properly.

After eating the spicy deluxe I was immediately sick and have been since. Writing this review the next day and I can't help but wonder if the sanitation there is being held at a high standard.

Jerry the manager does a horrible job. He has a nasty attitude. I came through drive thru at 2:50 p.m, on Friday, September, 16th, 2022. Asked for fresh fries and he just gave me a blank look. Like If you don?t like your job, get another one. Everybodyelse was cool, but he as a manager needs to fix his attitude. If you?re reading this don?t come to this location. They need toclose this location down. SMH ???????????
