Biscuitville - High Point

I enjoy going to Biscuitville, but recently my orders have been wrong. I asked for an English muffin instead of a biscuit, but received the biscuit instead. It's frustrating because I can't go back once I'm at work. I hope they start paying more attention to detail and provide better customer service.

As you can tell through my picture posted, I ordered a breakfast platter. I like presentation and the simple layout. The centerpiece is the grits because in my opinion, if the grits is trash the rest of the food will disappointed you. The grits was perfect for my taste buds. if I don't need to add anything to enhance my grits, it's always a good sign. My scramble eggs and my biscuit did it job. The only thing I did with the scrambled eggs is added some salt and pepper. The eggs was a typical scrambled eggs. For my biscuit, it tastes buttering and kinda moist. Now, my least favorite is the country ham. I was a little disappointed of my expectations of the ham. It was on the thin side than the thick side. If I put my thin country ham next to a typical lunch meat, they probably have the same thinnest. Overall, I had a good experience dinning in at biscuitville. I recommend of people going.

When busy the drive through can be hectic. People are so impatient and they loose their mind when it comes to the drive through. Order is usually right.

Drive in was speedy even with the number of cars. But what I ordered wasn't what I received. Overall, it was good and I made do with the incorrect biscuit order

If you enjoy McDonald's, you should definitely try breakfast at Biscuitville. The biscuits are made fresh, the eggs are fresh, there is unlimited coffee, and the prices are competitive. I had an amazing experience at the High Point location. I had a great chat with the manager, Chuck Alston, who was a joy to talk to and provided excellent customer service. As I waited for my breakfast, I observed him providing the same consistent experience to all customers. The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit did not disappoint, and the unlimited coffee was a nice touch. The location was exceptionally clean and the atmosphere was great. Exiting the drive through can be a bit tricky, but it's not too bad. The location was packed, showing just how popular it is. I won't be going back to McDonald's after this experience.
