Buxton Charcoal Grill - High Peak

The service at this restaurant was extremely rude and we never received our order. We waited for an hour and a half for what was supposed to be a 45-minute wait. We ordered 2 kebabs and 2 sides, made 5 or 6 phone calls but still did not receive any further information. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place and not wasting your time. The lack of customer service was disappointing.

Terrible service and extremely impolite staff. Avoid ordering from this place, they are only interested in taking your money and serving terrible food. I had a very disappointing experience, with the manager speaking to me in a rude and disrespectful manner over the phone. Not only did they send the wrong food, but also overcharged us. The food arrived cold and tasteless, definitely not worth the money or the wait. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

This restaurant is easy to find on the main road. The customer service is unique - they don't accept EFTPOS and require cash only. I ordered a cheeseburger and a Coke. The prices were reasonable. The burger was average, satisfying my hunger. The Coke was served warm, at room temperature. Overall, nothing stood out to make me want to come back, especially with so many other restaurants nearby. I would likely explore other options instead of returning.

Used them for three years but stopped today, they got our order wrong 3 times in a row and the blocked our number, food is pretty good but has been going consistently down hill, do yourself a favor, don't go here, for sides I'd recommend going to either Buxton food spot or Cuccinis

Ordered pizzas through Just eat at 6pm, pizza arrived 2hrs later and was cold, amazingly they arrived a 10 mins into half time in the England USA match. Store ignoring any calls. Its usually the kebabs that are all dried up rubbish, pizza normally good. Last chance, we won't be back.
