Huó Yú Liào Lǐ Zàn Qí Jiā

From my childhood, on the way back from visiting my grandfather in Tokushima, I always passed by this restaurant and thought I'd like to try it someday. Finally, in my late 40s, I was able to go. I had the Daimyo set meal. The miso soup with plenty of wakame was absolutely delicious. It was very tasty and I was so full afterwards.

I visited this restaurant for lunch with a group of adults. The interior was bustling with many customers. The sashimi was incredibly fresh and the tempura crispy and freshly fried. What really impressed me was the miso soup! It was a simple miso soup with seaweed, but the seafood broth was so rich and delicious that it was truly mesmerizing. I definitely want to come back to this restaurant next time!

The taste is on par with the famous restaurant, Binbiya! The wakame soup might be slightly better at Binbiya, but I was satisfied with the affordable price.

初めて讃岐家さんに訪問。もちろん自転車で 笑 向かいのうどんやさんにはよく訪問するのですが。 迷わず刺身定食 ハマチ を注文。 ライバルのびび家さんに負けない量と味。 ハマチは8切れ、味噌汁はワカメたっぷり。 お値段が1250円とちょっとお高いので星4つ。
