Really terrible customer service and management. Almost unimaginable inefficient with 3 or 4 people standing around, do not fill out orders until the frits arrived to fill the first and only order waiting for frits. Closed the ride was maybe a few hours while we were on the line and not said they were still serving inside, to ask. You gave the order wrong and twice wrong. Chicken was very good, much better than the fat KFC in Chula Vista, otherwise a negative 5-star experience with people much too close together.

Very nice place, just the personal aren't very nice persons, they need more teaching and how manners should be against us consumers, we name you since years back even before 1970s and the Chentukey is been our favorite family food dinner. Please take action of this place don't let go down again, thank you for being on Mexico
