Dunkin' - Hicksville

The service at this restaurant is speedy and the staff is excellent, but the prices are not very competitive.

This is the best place to get coffee ever. The manager is extremely kind and friendly, she even remembered my order. It is the cleanest, most organized and tidy coffee shop I have ever been to. Exceptionally meticulous.

This Dunkin' Donuts is not good. They do not clean and they make customers wait a long time for food while employees stand around doing nothing. They were also taking pictures with people instead of preparing my food. My order was incorrect and the staff had a bad attitude.

I had walked in this dunkin to go to the bathroom and get some food. I had asked to use the bathroom and I was rudely told no by someone that came out from the back that looked like a manager. She had told me the bathroom was out of order. Now mind you Irecently had spinal surgery, I am in an surgical Collar. I?m in pain, and I?m hungry. I wasn?t in the mood to fight. So I walkedout. I wasn?t going to get food and bring it into a dirty bathroom?.

Literally such a disgusting place. The employees had a disgusting attitude with me because THEY messed up MY order and when I told them they started yelling and all of that. They made my coffee wrong and expected me to not say anything. I have a verysimple order. And the cashier was acting like she didn?t even wanna be there, looked very unprofessional and was just overallrude. I definitely don?t recommend this place. There?s a lot of Dunkin?s in Long Island, this one is just borderline nasty.
