Wendy's - Hickory

The restaurant on Sandy Ridge Rd had a constant smell of water inside. It is wheelchair accessible with disabled parking available right at the doorstep.

This restaurant is in need of new management from top to bottom. Improve the settings for better business.

The service is slow and they forget to bring all of the dishes to the customers.

No one who drives them as me. quiet I wanted to wait for them to be on a timer. Guess the timer's going out when they let me move into a room. for alwayswaited over 10 minutes for one

Went two days in a row , 1st visit was dinner and they left the dipping sauce out of the 2 kids meals I order and didnt give me a straw . Even had me pull forward to wait and still couldn't get the simple things right . 2nd visit was this morning and my sausage on my sandwhich was burnt and completely black on both sides . And agian they didnt give me a straw . Ita harder work to manage a playdogh kitchen toy set then a fast food place so when you forget the little things in trust your not doing the important things right . Will not revisit here way to many other options in my area to waste money on inferior product .
