Notions - Hickory

Popped in for an early dinner on a Thursday evening. Friendly greeting immediately at the door. The menu is perfect for tapas shareables style and portions are generous. We ordered the pimento cheese dip appetizer (which was amazing with the fried crisp triangles) the table favorite. The ahi tuna was perfectly cooked and seasoned well. Classic reuben did not disappoint my dad. I ordered the Cobb salad, which was large enough to feed all three of us.Vibe is also nice. Outside seating is plenty and spacious. Inside a smidge more intimate, but still laid back.Cocktail menu was well thought out. Enjoyed the sour cucumber.Wheelchair accessibility: Was able to accommodate someone with a walker (able to maneuver comfortably throughout)

My hubby and I went for lunch. It was so good!!! The Ruben was great, fries were fabulous!! The pimento cheese was fabulous and the Brussels were great!! I can't wait to go back.

Had a great outdoor brunch here! Open face biscuit which was literally decadent! Wonderful service, above and beyond expectation. Great early afternoon followed by a little shopping on the square made for a lovely Saturday with my husband! Next time I'm getting there earlier to enjoy the farmers market first!

Our waitress was very rude to one of the girls in our party. She kept hounding her to get a drink after she told her numerous times she doesn’t drink alcohol. When our friend didn’t put tip money on the bill she then came out to confront her about it, she had intentions to leave cash on the table. It was very unprofessional.

I enjoyed the outdoor dining area next to the Farmer's Market for brunch. I ordered the avocado toast. It was good, nice fresh avocado and tomatoes except parts of the sunny side up egg were not cooked enough clear runny egg white. Would like to see more of the goat cheese, too had to search for it. I had excellent service. The main downside was when I went into the bathroom area and the women's bathroom very dirty area. There is a drapery on the front of the sink counter that is black with grime yikes!!! Made me think twice about eating here again. Clean bathrooms are essential for a restaurant!!!!!
