Mcdonald's - Hickory

On February 8, 2022, we placed a mobile order and picked it up around 7 PM. Every staff member we encountered was attentive and incredibly kind. Our order was accurate, and the food was warm. Overall, we received excellent customer service!

What can you expect? It's McDonald's, so the food is consistently hot and fresh, and the service is about what you'd expect for fast food in this area. I have to say, I love their fries—they're the best when they're fresh!

I ordered a large iced caramel Macchiato, and 2 crispy chicken biscuits. Staff was pleasant and the Macchiato was on point. Kudos to staff at this McDonald's location. Thank you so much for getting my order correct and my coffee was my coffee was delicious.

Went inside. Very clean . Good and quick service. Spoken to by several employees that asked me if everything ok and to come back. Unusual for this much customer care.
