Dairy Queen - Hickory

I wanted to purchase a drink for my son, and when my wife asked one of the staff members, Caleb, a question, he didn’t respond directly. Instead, he turned to another table and mentioned that the drinks were there. If I were his manager, I would consider firing him on the spot. There's a serious lack of respect for customers at this place.

This Dairy Queen always seems to be out of things. Today, I wanted to get an Orange Julius, but they said they were out of the mix. They also didn’t have any lids, so they couldn’t sell us any drinks either. I wonder if the owner is aware of how much money is being lost. There were even a few customers behind us who left because they wanted a Julius too. Poor management!

We bought a cake for our boss. writing on it looked like a 5 year old it did and had a fingerprint on it. we could not take it back because we also made public services. the dame told me that she could not do anything about it. I stopped by for a couple of shakes on this hot summer day in North Carolina. I enjoyed the old-fashioned vibe of ordering outside. They have a few benches available for those who want to enjoy their treats on-site, but we opted to take ours to go for the drive. The outside area could use a bit of tidying up, but overall the place seemed clean. The staff was friendly when taking our order, although they were a bit brief, which might have been due to the steady stream of customers.
