Chili's Grill - Hickory

The atmosphere at Chili's is typical and straightforward. The food was delicious, as expected from any Chili's location. The service was decent and the staff was attentive. The only reason I’m giving it a 4-star rating is due to the performance of our waitress.

I had an incredible meal with fantastic drinks. The bartender, Jessica, was exceptional—she served us with a smile and had great conversations with a couple of old soldiers at the bar. Overall, a wonderful experience!

My daughter took me to Chili's in Hickory, NC, for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, we had to request assistance from three different staff members before anyone came to our table. While the food was enjoyable, the service left much to be desired. We asked multiple times for our wine, napkins, water, and lemons, but it took a while to receive them.

My husband and I have decided to switch from Applebee's because we enjoy better service and higher quality food for the same price. It has become our new favorite spot for date night!
