Carrabba's Italian Grill - Hickory

My man and I wanted to try something else when the hostess tells them that a server in a section does not want to take tables anymore. first, why would they tell me that the older bartender didn't want to take tables anymore, because they sat 6 people on the bar, find another server and let them help us. no problem better nor will we take our money elsewhere. not hospitable. not how they treat paying customers. if they do not want their job to stop if their body can not physically go to rent or cut back to hours. Help. are not rude to new customers who do not return.

Typically I have really good experiences here. The food was good and our waitress was the sweetest! My problem was the hostess. We put ourselves on the waitlist online, when we arrived my mom went in to see if our table for 6 was ready. The lady at the stand told her that our entire party needed to be there before we were sat. While waiting on my sister to join us, the lady asked if we needed a high chair for my 1 year old, I told her no because it was late and she was going to stay in her stroller. The lady immediately rolled her eyes and said there wasn’t room for that and that she would have to go get a manager. Now I get that sometimes it’s really crowded in there, but tonight it was not crowded at all, most of the tables were empty. So it really upset me that she was making a big deal out of it. She was gone for a while and when she came back she got an attitude because we had 6 people, plus my 1 year old who wasn’t even eating. She said she’d just have to sit us in between the island and the table, again no big deal I usually just push my daughters stroller under up under the table so she can nap while we eat. Overall the lady was just nasty and rude for absolutely no reason and set an irritating mood for our diner. Luckily our sweet waitress made up for it. But to the hostess, please do better and be kind to mothers just trying to enjoy a night out with their families and trying to make sure their babies are comfortable.

This brand never disappoints. My Ribeye was slightly undercooked, but everything else was great!

This place was amazing.It's was super crowded on mother's Day but my server ally made it amazing.my food and experience was on point and her attention to my group was outstanding.Ally went above and beyond to make sure me and my group were taking care of despite us having to eat at the bar and being overwhelmed.Thank you ally for a wonderful experience and I recommend this place to everyone.

I decided to order their spring special lamb chops to go. It was ready at the appointed time and still warm when I got home. The lamb chops were superb as was the spinach that I paid a little extra for. The asparagus, which I paid a bit more extra for, consisted of four large spears which were neither particularly tender nor flavorful. Other than that, it was one of the best meals I've had lately.
