Contribuiți la feedbackI've tried twice and never again. 1st trip to village inn Pizza was so so but I'm not a fan of thin crust pizza. Went back again tonight. Very stolic greeter/ cashier. No welcome, smile, or even enjoy your meal. Pizza was very slow coming thin crust with burnt edges. Tried asking for a Chicago style got 2 thin crust stacked on each other. Both dried out and burnt edges. I seriously doubt that they make their own crust because they are all way to identical. They even burnt the crust on the chocolate chip dessert pizza. I'm done
It is so cold in this restaurant you cannot enjoy your food. When asked if the temp could be increased we were told the ovens were on so they couldn’t do anything about it. Interesting enough the other Village Inns don’t have this problem, only the one in Viewmont. Kid-friendliness: Too cold for children
The quality of this restaurant has gone down in the last year. Today 7-24-24 all the employees as well as the manager on duty were constantly on their cellphones. Then going back touching salad bar and prepping kitchen pizzas etc. NOT washing your hands. Going to the restroom or checking outside and NOT washing hands. Walking right past the handwashing sinks visible from the lobby where we eat. Touching their hands and face and NOT washing their hands!! Disgusting . We won’t be coming back to this location . We will go to the mountain view location or Morganton location where they know what hygiene and cleanliness standards are!!
Great place if you want pizza and salad for a good price. Don’t come in expecting super high quality because it’s not priced that way. But is a great choice and a local favorite.
Today I ordered lunch while I was at work it was close to 2 pm when I finally had a chance for lunch. I ordered my food by phone after waiting for 20 mins I receive a call that they are unable accept cards that It was ready but they were only accepting cash. The lady that answered said they can cancel my order if I didn't have cash. Which I am at work and didn't have time to obtain cash. Now I am stuck to find an alternate meal and have wasted time waiting for my meal already. I understand that is beyond their control things happen. The way this was handled ruined a customer relationship
