Casablanca Bakery - Hialeah

Arroz con Leche: Absolutely terrible. I had to throw it away. Cod Fritters: Also terrible. I ended up tossing those as well. Pastelitos: Just okay. Not very impressive and quite dry. Empanada de Carne: I received the wrong item, and I believe I deserve a refund. I won't be ordering from Casablanca again.

I ordered just one café con leche with evaporated milk, but they sent me a second one with the same order.

The service has deteriorated over time. This is the third time I've visited this bakery, and I noticed that the employees seem more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. I had to wait over five minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence, and that was only because I complained when another customer who arrived after me was being helped first. I won’t be returning to this bakery.

The staff member was unkind and kept leaving while I was trying to place my order.

No mayo, please. Yet they still added mayo. The dark café con leche was overloaded with sugar. The paper on the bread was impossible to remove without ruining it. The scrambled eggs resembled more of an egg picadillo. It seems they either don’t read requests or choose to ignore them.
