Burger King - Hialeah

This is the worst Burger King I've ever visited, and Karen Ariza is the most incompetent manager I've encountered. She doesn't hesitate to berate her employees for doing their jobs, displaying rude and consistently negative behavior toward the staff. Her disrespectful attitude is unacceptable; she treats her associates poorly, showing no respect or professionalism. It's disheartening to see someone like her part of the Burger King team, reflecting poorly on the corporation as a whole. The toxic environment she creates negatively affects all employees in our department.

The worst experience I've ever had! This place lacks any sense of customer service. I spoke to the woman who took my order in English, and she responded to me in Spanish. I clearly explained my order: a children's cheeseburger, plain, and a Coke to drink. When she asked if I wanted anything else, I requested 8 chicken nuggets. In the end, we only received the nuggets along with the children's meal? I'm pretty sure she understands English; she was just discriminating against us because my husband doesn't speak it and we are Hispanic. She needs to be replaced or properly trained in customer service because my money is just as good as anyone else's, and she may be surprised to know who I really am.

I apologize, but it took exactly 21 minutes for my order of 2 tacos and 1 order of fries to arrive. There was no one else in line except for me. It felt like I had to wait forever.

Hort service I can't believe that the people in the manager and chef manager have actually jobs at this place. dirty dirty rude and don't worry about their jobs that are incredible

Worst customer service ever. Employees and Manager not caring about customers and store. Store was dirty and our order was all wrong. Corporate and ownership visit their own stores.
