Their were 2 ladies the red hair one as someone mentioned earlier is absolutely obnoxious I asked for a churro and a cookie ft long and she cooked them both together I asked her if the was thw correct way fully knowing its not as I work at a subway her response was rude and nasty thats how we do it here so i said ok but i dont want it cook together please she completely ignored me dud it her way then proceeded to close it up with a sticker soI paid and left when I tey to eat them they were raw of COURSE so I go back and ask for a refund as I was done dealing with her AGAIN she ignored me and she tried to put the same cookie back in the oven I had to get loud and ask the other lady to return me my money to which the red hair one response it's not a big deal calm down NO it is a HUGE DEAL when I asked for it to be done properly the first time and you wiped your atse with me and then have to come back because you Choose to do it your way with complete disregard for the customer Subway has codes and regulations for a reason if your not going to follow them find a different job
We arrived asking if there was a special of the day, the Venezuelan lady answered that there had not been one since July which is totally acceptable but what is not acceptable is the following: we asked her what we could replace it with or could she help us and she only answered us very bad face and very bad attitude look at the menu we automatically left after we really wanted to eat Subway and Well, I personally work in a restaurant and if I say that to a customer of my restaurant my Manager realizes it votes me we are not saying so that they throw it away but so that they take it into consideration for the next clients, thank you very much.
I have visited this Subway in the last two weeks maybe three times. My last visit was this past Thursday the 12th around 6-6:30 and I think it will be my last. I looked at some other reviews and one of them stood out as the description of the lady who took their order was the same who took mine she was rude, condescending and would give me an attitude through out the order it seemed she was doing me a favor. I ordered a Italian BMT footlong which is $10.39 with tax, I have noticed that when you ask for lets say onions it seems they are counting the pieces they put on the sub. I wasn't going to order anything else but I saw someone else ordering a meatball marinara sub so I decided to order a 6 I hadn't had one in such a long time and when I asked her to add this to my order she got bothered and asked me why didn't I tell her before. I had a friend on the phone that even asked me what was that ladies problem because everything that came out of her mouth was with an attitude. When I went to pay I opened the app to scan the barcode, I guess I had the phone to close to the scanner before she finished putting in the items in the system and it scanned it by mistake she got mad, to be honest I wanted to give her a piece of my mind, not take the food and leave but I didn't, I paid and left. The meatball sub was bad, I asked for the sub to be toasted, it didn't feel like it was and the bread was uncomfortable to chew I couldn't finish it with the bread, the meatballs didn't really have any taste to it other than the marinara sauce. To be honest I didn't finish the whole sub. I will never again come to this subway.
Awfull service, don’t follow coupons policy and cheap mentality awfull experience and waste of resources
