La Familia Bakery - Hesperia

I recently moved up the hill six months ago and have visited this restaurant several times since then. Every experience has been great - the bread is always fresh, the place is clean, and the service is quick. I highly recommend this place. I have tried a few different breads and a Musset, and everything was very tasty. Everything is fresh here. I will definitely continue to be a customer.

This restaurant used to be great, but recently the front staff have been unfriendly and unhelpful. The desserts are expensive and they are not willing to work with you to accommodate your budget. The staff are very rude.

My first time stopping by and I don’t regret it! Everyone was nice and this is the best Bolio I’ve ever had, filled with jalapeño and cream cheese ??

Bread didn't taste fresh at all. I wont be coming back, they are overpriced aswell.They charge 3 dollars to five dollars just for a piece of bread. If you go early they will give you bread that's been there for days. No wonder they have a bad score.The women that work there including the owner always have a frown, not a way to own a business.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their customer service is not great what so ever. I went in to try to purchase a cake as this was my first time at this business, no greetings at all which I understood because they were helping other customers during the time I walked in. While patiently waiting seven minutes to be helped, another customer walked in the door. The customer behind me (spanish speaking customer, as I am not) was greeted and helped immediately upon walking into the door. I still patiently waited as I then asked was I not next? They soon said oh you needed help I can help you now. This business needs to treat all ethnicities the same as they will loose business as I decided to walk out and purchase a cake else where.
