El Torito - Hesperia

We usually visit in the morning, and the food is consistently fresh and hot. You can tell it's cooked with love, as the chefs seem to prepare the dishes as if they were for their own children. The place may look like a hole-in-the-wall, but those are often the best spots to eat. Plus, they always accommodate my requests.

The quality of the meat here is unmatched compared to any butcher shop. They always have the freshest options available. The meat you purchase at the counter is the same that they serve in the restaurant, which is a great benefit and saves you some money when you take it home to cook. If you prefer, they can prepare it for you, but it does come at a slightly higher price.

The meat, salsa, and fresh tortillas are outstanding. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly.
