Had a lovely experience for a cousins birthday, waiter called Chris was so helpful and lovely and did the most to keep us happy so thank you

This was a dinner for a friends 40th and although the food was nice, the service was really poor. We had previously checked that it was ok for us to bring a cake with us and although they said that we could, they said that they wouldn’t bring it out for us. When we went to bring it out and asked for a knife the woman behind the bar was extremely rude. She said she didn’t have a knife and when I asked if she could get one she would not. When her colleague came along he managed to find one right behind the bar, exactly in the spot where the woman had been standing. She didn’t seem to care that she had been caught out, she just looked away. I raised it at the end of the night to the manager and he said he would speak to her, so maybe it’s just the case of one bad member of staff.

Amazing dinning experience the food was not a let down! Simply wonderful tasty. The staff were attentive to all our needs.
