Contribuiți la feedbackWe're late for car problems. the booking was for 12:30 brunch, tried from 11 o'clock and there was no answer until 12:20 and was said I was calling too late, although they had just opened. Anyway, arrived at 12:45. the drink service with floorless prosecco was excellent. my glass was never empty. the food is not nice, ordered the burger that was dry, chips were very oily and tasted like used oil. At 1:30 o'clock he told us we had 20 minutes left and they had to move us out. at this point we had not begun to eat our main thing, and we were hastened to finish our main thing and were told we can eat dessert outside. around 1:50 they grabbed our table and pulled us out. the sun was out. dessert came 45 minutes later. we ordered the sorbet, which tasted like lemon concentrate and literally was a spoon (filled the dessert spoon with a small draw). there was a live DJ that deco was nice, the waiters were nice, but overall no great experience and will not come back.
Waguy burger was really dry and cold inside. expensive for what it is.
Waited 2 hours for food. Food had to be sent back and also had to order more drinks as the wait was so long.
Starting with the good, the food once it arrived was really nice, but thats one it arrived. We arrived a 7pm a family of 4, Lomo was ⅓ full with people enjoying their early evening. We ordered drinks which came but the bottle of wine was not available, and a replacement was offered with it being one of the only rose on the menu there wasn't much choice but at accept. This turned out to be dreadful and upon a quick google the premium £60 bottle was in fact £8.99 from any supermarket. Moving on we ordered food, only to be told there would be an hour wait as a party of twenty which had ordered their food after us had been mixed up and their food was in the order before us. Then 30mins in the DJ turned the place into a rave, even the waitresses could hear people ordering. 2½ hours later we left, tied, deaf and disappointed.
We were hesitant to leave a tip given the poor service, but ultimately felt it would be rude not to when it was included in the bill. To make matters worse, they confused the bill by not removing the desserts we had canceled, and then informed us that we owed extra money even after we had already settled our previous charges. Overall, it was chaotic and quite disappointing, especially considering it came highly recommended by a friend. If you prefer attentive service, I would suggest looking elsewhere!
