Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Hershey

Good smoothie, but the staff needs a lot of customer training.

I don't waste my time on a bad review unless it's really a problem and a pattern. The manager or who the guy is in this place must go. He always has a setting and gives setting /Dirty look at customers. Every time I order from this place, there's always something bad. Either take them twice as long, the food is dry, you need to treat with grunken workers, employees chit chatting etc. They always go back like 10 minutes and go back to take their sweet time with the commands. Today I ordered a $8 smoothie online. I came there and the place was full of people with NO food. If I see what's going on, just what I explained above. I had no time to wait 30 minutes for a smoothie that lasted 20 minutes, so I went. I tried to get my money back or a voucher, but the employees were unclear and that would be? It's longer than necessary. I do not recommend this location if they keep these employees because it was a few months of the same scenario. I went there to give them a free $8.

I was surprised to see negative reviews since I was here two days ago and had a wonderful experience. You must have hired a new staff because people were very nice and literally cleaned when we got in. The food was very good and quickly prepared, and the whole place was clean and beautiful. I would definitely go back!

Workers are racist. I asked for a drink carrier because my door bag has two drinks and a gentleman saw me in the face and ignored me. The second worker came out and I asked him for one. While he gave me the carrier, there were no words from him when I told him that his employee ignored me. I even thanked him for stopping what he did to me to give me a drink carrier, and he didn't tell me. Something similar happens every time I pick up an order here. 0/10 do not recommend ANYONE

This is the 4th time I 've attempted to give them chances about their food quality. Usually, it 's everytime I order something with smashed avocado there is nothing at all resembling avocado in the wrap. This very last time I 'll ever eat here, my quesadilla had barely any melted cheese, it was all cold, which BTW looked like Kraft fake cheese sprinkles, and literally barely any food in the quesadilla at all. The photo reflects what both ends of the quesadilla looked like. The Harrisburg location used to be one of my favorites. I was so excited to finally have a closer Hershey location but they are absolutely not worth it.
