The food was outstanding, the staff was very attentive without being intrusive, and everything was remarkably well organized. Great job!

Excellent experience! The service was fantastic, and the food was outstanding—truly in line with Hershey's high standards. The only slight drawback was the awkwardness of paying for alcoholic beverages. Also, I found the prices to be a bit higher than other buffets I've visited this year.

The Thanksgiving buffet is a fantastic way to kick off a Thanksgiving stay at the Hershey Lodge. You can indulge in a generous spread featuring traditional dishes, seafood, and even a chocolate fountain! The service was attentive, and we had a great time chatting with the staff who took care of us. While it may be slightly pricier than other options, it's definitely worth it for the satisfying meal and the convenience of being close to where we spend Thanksgiving night.

Food was good. Cooked perfectly. The musical was very good. I have been going to this show for three years and this was our favorite one.

Room was decorated nicely for Christmas. Performers came out a sang various Christmas Songs as we ate our appetizers. Appetizers were a variety of cheeses, meats, etc. There was a cash bar. Drink prices were reasonable. Overall value of the dinner was low for the $55 per person charge. Portion sizes were small Baked Stuffed chicken especially the desert. Family sitting at our table had 3 children. Each child's meal cost $30 and was chicken tenders with mac and cheese. Same meal at Chocolate World cost less than $10. Show was dancing and singing and was done well.
