Wendy's - Herriman

Deana was amazing at proving me with the outmost amazing service!!! I mean I called at 7:30am over the phone and she basically got me all taken care of … who does that anymore??? Wendy does!!

Worst Wendy’s in the entire state of Utah stay away from this Wendy’s. It’s consistently horrible. Thought we would give them one more. What? waited in line for 20 minutes. Only to find out they ran out of french fries the owner of this restaurant should be ashamed and Embarrassed!!

It’s 11:30 and you guys failed at giving us fries to complete the order no one was in the place you guys should do better

You could feel like people didn't want to be there drink wasn't filled up all the way had ice when I clearly asked for no ice and when I paid for a large biggie bag meal I was given jr. Fries and this was even with them going 1 car at a time through the drive thru... And my food wasn't even warm

One car in the drive thru when I pulled up, a couple minutes later they ordered I then waited 4 minutes to be greeted. I ordered, had to repeat it 3 times because of the language barrier. When I got home the cheeseburger kids meal bag had fries only and a toy, nothing else, no cheeseburger. Not the first time I've had this type of experience at this location but it will definitely be the last. 7:00 pm on a sunday so they were not busy, I saw 4 different employees in the restaurant, not sure what the problem is, seems like that should be plenty to handle 2 cars. Oh yeah, and I asked for a bottled water, one of the options for a kids meal and I watched the kid at the window scoop ice with the cup he then filled with water and handed me, definite health code violation there.
