This rooftop bar is a nice place for a date, a romantic dinner or a small social event. I organized a networking event in this venue and they were quite friendly and accessible with what was requested. Good service and friendly waiters, the only thing...that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is that the rest of the hotel staff is impolite and they don't give the information correctly. Pros: Nice view of the zocalo and the Puebla's cathedral. The waiters are quite friendly and helpful. Wide variety of drinks. Live music from Wednesday to Saturday. Pleasant atmosphere. Cons: The hotel staff is rude. They announce that the parking and valet parking service has no cost, what they don't say is that it's only for the hotel, and does not apply to the rooftop bar. The cost for parking is MXN $19. per hour. They don't have enough drivers and are delayed in delivering the cars. The rooftop's afternoon manager doesn't give satisfactory solutions as soon as there are complaints. There is a lack of communication between departments, because I requested some things for my event and they were not ready by the time I arrived at the place.
