Kuh knuckle tostadas were from this world and the ripening over peanut cheese puree were 5 stars. this restaurant is unique for the rest that serves the same dinge. I'll go back soon.

We went to a series of Mexico City best restaurants, but this jewel from puebla beat them all. the mol poblano soße was exquisite, a perfect explosion of sweet, bitterness and spicy, the knochenmark appetizer was one of the perfect dishes that I ever...has lived in my life, the pipian verde pork belly was another complex balance of delectable textures and aromen and the desserts were also excellent. what we most appreciated, beyond the patient and attentive service, was that the chef does not transform behind exotic ingredients into unrecognisable forms, but, took traditional dishes and made them shine as bright as possible. with such favorable trips for this type of quality when they are in puebla for one night, they should ensure that the dinner in augurio is on their trip.

I was wowed by reviews and so made a dinner reservation. When I arrived I was the only person in the place and it stayed that way. That aside, the food was fabulous, creative and the service superb! I would return but not sure why...so empty. It is open long hours and this was 8 pm on a Monday night so... Don't miss the offerings. Well worth it!

I highly recommend this restaurant: the food and service was excellent, the setting was warm and intimate, and the value for the quality of the food was very good.
