The drive thru never delivers your food at the window, you have to pull up to park. They take for ever to deliver the food, just to raise there drive thru time's for good store ratings. Something has to change. I was one of the first to open Mc Donald's on Crowford on Sep 15 1976 and we hustled to give the best service.
