Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Herndon

Please talk to the drive thru lady (mainly working weekday lunch hours), she is always rude when I pick up my online order in the drive thru window. I work here on site and prefer a few extra miles for lunch during Monday to Friday due to their consistent rude posture. Take care of yourself. I never ask for additional items, I just give my name and pick up my order. Each other staff is good at the branch, it is just one crispy employee.

Terrible experience. I gave them a couple of tries and wrote it out because they must be busy or could be a tough day. I can't do that anymore, because this was my experience more often than not. Eat well. Service abysmal.

The worst Popeyes I've ever dealt with. As a 7-year-old veteran who had the privilege of having good food from Popeyes-even during the station overseas - this place is above all a joke. I never wrote a review in my life, but I couldn't push it. The food is always cold. Staff are rude and unorganized. I can't believe they even know what management is- muchless use it. Complete lack of effort, zero ability, weakened, subpar, mere minimal excuse of an organization. It is my only effort to get this restaurant replaced by a KFC. What a sad little place.

My food was good, but my mother said her Mac and cheese was a little dry. Friendly staff and eating in the area. The prices were average.

This is the best Popeye's I've been to in the US so far. They never fail to have fresh, hot chicken. I've never been given anything cold. I love this one over all others in the US. Now I say the US, only because the Popeye's in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, tops them all. This location is my favorite because of their service and food. Please keep this up!
