Burger King - Herndon

Was my first time ordering from this location and it will be my last time. worst food I have ever had...everything was soo cold and nasty...

Ordered bacon cheeseburger and got burger with bbq and 2 onion rings. This continues to be the worst store I have ever seen.

I visited the Herndon location today and was disappointed. They falsely advertised a dish that they apparently do not offer. The food was not good and I would not recommend going there. There are plenty of other food options to consider instead.

The morning manager was extremely rude, not giving us a chance to order before he began shouting at us to leave. The service was very poor.

Can we give zero stars? This place is terrible. It's dirty, there are zero drink options and the customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. If you order a breakfast combo, they'll charge you for a fountain drink. Get this....I asked for a coffee with my combo and they said they're out of coffee, so I asked for a soda and they charged me an extra $1.50 for it. When I asked if it was included with the meal, she said only coffee is and we don't have any. Place is a dump and needs new management.
