Armante's - Hernando Beach

I'm not sure if this place is a secret or not, but it's fantastic! Great menu, great food, large servings, super service, pleasant staff, very fair pricing, and very comfortable environment. I'm a former restaurant owner ... and I highly recommend this place for a great meal. Short and sweet! And delicious. Bob

Sad to announce that this little local night spot is permanently closed. The owners retired and have no plan in place to allow for the restaurant to remain operational. A loss for the Hernando Community !

Kristy is a doll. The place is divey, and we almost didn't stay. Kristy's enthusiasm and charm won us over; we sat out back on the patio by the lake. Ordered wings for an appetizer, Chicken parm had the cheese on the under side, on top of the pasta. Weird. Country steak was what my husband ordered. He liked it, except that the mashed potatoes were instant Typical bar food. Wings were good.

We've been there before. Good was good but the place was needing a lot of TLC. The back deck looked like it was going to collapse. We've been by there many times and it no longer looks open!

We finally made it there and we enjoyed the pizza even though I myself wasn't very hungry I'm glad my family and I got around trying this place out. The server who is new was on point and the view of the lake from the corner table was nice. Nice location. Highly recommended. We look forward to coming back.
