Mcdonald's - Hernando

Horrible place. First, they shorted me on an ice coffee and I had to say something about it before finding out they didn't have the means to make it and I had to say something for them to replace it with something else pr refund that. I got home and found that I got no butter, syrup, or utensils with the hot cakes I ordered. Anywhere else would have given me those items, even both of the collierville tn locations gives me syrup, butter, and utensils. I've had problems before with being shorted on food here and such, and don't get me wrong, i've had problems everywhere and not just here, but having problems 8 out of 10 times of going to this particular location.

The employees were loud and not even paying attention to the customers. They were letting their babies run around unattended and they were more concerned with their personal activities than serving customers. And the food is beyond bland. It used to be good back in the day. I don't know what happened but McDonald's sucks now.

So far so good ? They have always gotten my order correct and the staff is friendly ?

The cashier was 1 of the nicest that I have seen in a long time. I will be going back to this place when I am back in

In my 48 years I've never seen such a mess. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Filet fish, fries, sweet tea and a side of tartar sauce. The lady at the first window told an employee to put a side of tartar sauce in a 6 count nugget box. I get to the second window and they asked me what I ordered. I told them and they looked lost. They asked for my receipt and realized they gave my order to the car in front of me. No big deal, accidents happen. After waiting several minutes I got my food and asked about the side of tartar. I guess they heard what the lady at the first window said and put nuggets in my bag. After waiting I'm expecting hot food. This stuff is cold and tastes old. It's some of the worse McDonald's I've ever had. I would go back but I'm just traveling through and exhausted. To the manager, it's really tacky that your employees are cussing where people in the drive through can hear. Do better!!!
