The Bottle Inn - Hermosa Beach

We were caught in a storm and we wanted to miss our rez. but they stayed late for us! eating was great, not skipping the chicken parm!

We had a great birthday party here with the family. our server was harassed by another table, but he ensured that other employees help us and provide an excellent service level.

It was lovely. We were in LA for one night and met up with a friend who lives there for dinner. We are all Italian Americans and we’re craving some authentic fare from the homeland. The Bottle Inn did not disappoint. My husband is a bit of a snob when it comes to Bolognese sauce. Most places add ground beef to their ragu and call it Bolognese. That was not the case here and he was very pleased. Our friend and I both got the catch of the day which was a lovely halibut steak served blackened with a wonderful piccata sauce. The wine list was also impressive and we opted for a nice Napa Cab instead of an Italian import… when in Rome. : Our server was excellent and personable throughout the meal and not just when the check was delivered. Our local friend was very impressed with the find and said he will definitely be back. The only negative that I have is that the maitre di copped a bit of an attitude when we first arrived but I adjusted his attitude quickly with some honey and then he was fine. Haha.

We once again had a Spectacular delicious meal at Bottle Inn Hermosa. The service was wonderful and the entire staff was warm and welcoming as always. Our dining experience was lovely and we can’t wait to dine at the Bottle Inn again. Many thanks and much appreciation for all you do.

Such amazing food and service! One of our favorites! The lobster pasta was fantastic.
