Splitz Sports - Hermitage

The service was terrible. We sat down and waited half an hour before anyone came by to give us menus. Once we received the menus, the server went over to a table where her friend was sitting multiple times and didn't even bother to ask us if we wanted something to drink. After some time, we decided to leave because it was clear that we weren't getting any service.

I'm beyond disappointed. As a manager of a company that should embrace support in this economy, I found that to be lacking at Splitz. The current manager, Sandy, seems to have stepped back and is discouraging customers from expressing their personal feelings. Defending Sandy's recent behavior is simply not acceptable. It doesn't matter if you have a personal dislike for someone; as long as they're behaving appropriately, holding a grudge is no excuse for discrimination. My intention was to support a local business over a chain, but it's important to highlight that they shouldn't ignore the customers who contribute to their livelihood.

By far the best burger I had in the Einsiedelei/Sharon region! Wow, it was good!

Good food! Television for sports and went bowling and boys played in the arcade!! Perfect Saturday afternoon

Wings amd burgers are really tasty and have great French fries. Pizza was ok. Could have been better but everything else was amazing.
