Red Lobster - Hermitage

Ashley is the best server I've had in years! She truly elevated our dining experience during our visit on October 28, 2022. Although the table was small, she efficiently cleared away our used dishes and ensured we had everything we needed. I highly recommend asking for Ashley when you go!

Had a very good meal. Didn't wait to long, came out in a timely manner. Presentation was on point. The host and wait staff were very professional. Dakota took care of my table service like a true champion! Thanx very much for what you do. I manage a bar and she'd be a asset to any business. Everything this visit was on Point!! Always a great experience here. My daughter was loved on while we were praised for our choices of food. It always feels good to know your waitress is enjoying your experience with you. Our waitress talked with us and was very personable.

I'm sorry to say that Red Lobster in Ermitage consistently disappoints. My daughter chose this restaurant to celebrate her acceptance into the Naval Academy, but unfortunately, the food was subpar. We gave them another chance, but once again, we left disappointed. While my lobster salad was decent, the fried green beans, calamari, fried fisherman's platter, and the all-you-can-eat shrimp all fell short of expectations. Having come from New England, where good seafood is abundant, this was not what I anticipated. In the end, with the add-ons, our bill came to $158! Given the current economy, I would suggest saving your money and enjoying a better meal at Talbotts. They offer amazing food at fair prices in a truly welcoming atmosphere!

I visited this restaurant for the first time in two years, and I was greeted right away even though it was quite busy on Saturday afternoon. Our server, Jessica M, was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service! Our meals arrived quickly and were hot. Everything was delicious! I'm really glad we decided to come yesterday. I ordered the Salmon New Orleans, and it was cooked to perfection! My husband got the all-you-can-eat shrimp, and he said it was fantastic! We'll definitely be back soon—hopefully not in two years! Thank you!
