Jersey Mike's Subs - Hermitage

I usually have a great experience at this restaurant, but my recent visit was disappointing. I ordered a giant 17 and requested mayo and salad, but they were not included. It was really dry without the mayo.

The previous experience was disappointing due to a lack of mayonnaise and very little salad. I ended up paying $50 but received a $13 refund, which left me dissatisfied. However, I thought I'd give Jersey Mike's another shot today. I ordered the same sub as last night, and this time it was fantastic! There was plenty of mayonnaise and salad, and I absolutely loved it. I give it 5 stars—definitely the best subs around! Jersey Mike's has redeemed itself!

The food was delicious and made from high-quality ingredients, and the service was efficient. However, the background music was quite bothersome. I prefer to focus on my meal rather than have the music compete with my appetite.

I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak and it was one of the best ever. I'm from the Phillie and I'm also a boss, so I know when I eat a good Philly Cheese Steak. Great job for the cook. Staff very friendly and helpful, so rare to find today.

We ate at this establishment today for lunch. This is our 3rd or 4th here, but today, Roshan (or that was the name on the receipt) took us from slicing to prep to cashing out. She was a petite, dark/long hair (braided). Wow! What a gem of an employee! She knows her job well! And her customer service is outstanding! I’m not yelling, I am just extremely impressed with her. You don’t have to question what she says, she speaks loud and clear. She gets the job done and she does it well. I wish I had a picture of the Sub-In-A-Tub she made for me. It was perfect and I couldn’t wait to dive in to it. Thank you!!! Jersey Mike’s is a great place to eat but it’s even better when you have employees like her!
