Cicis Pizza - Hermitage

Avoid this place! We arrived in just 20 minutes, but the pizza sauce was dried out, and the pizzas they offered were only the specialty ones listed on the wall—there was no regular cheese available. We had one plate and left shortly after. There were a few younger kids working there who seemed a bit overwhelmed. If you're considering CiCi's, I highly recommend just going to the Rivergate location; in my opinion, it's the better of the two.

Coming at 20:50. It was stopped at the door that they were closed. Signs the states 10pm. Staff commented in Spanish to other employees then look back at me and says she is sad that they are closed. As you read the comments, this has happened to several people. If you hate yourself? Find another one.

First time eating at this location. Out of the other local ones we've eaten at, this one is, by far, the nicest, cleanest and provided plenty of parking. The buffet stayed stocked. The staff were having fun as if they were all best friends.That gave the whole restaurant a great family atmosphere! Definitely recommended! Military discount accepted! 2 people for the buffet, with discount, was $13.99!

This was a birthday celebration. A customer bought tokens for our son, what kindness! We were offered a personal cheese pizza, we did have to pay .75 cents per slice to take it home. Delicious dessert pizza. Clean fountain area. The bar had plenty of pizza and fresh salad. ?

Bryan at the checkout was incredibly friendly and helpful, truly enhancing the experience of ordering pizza. With such enthusiasm, you can’t help but appreciate it even more. The service was excellent, and both the pizza and pasta were delicious!
