I went yesterday and the cookies are sooo good. The lady was so helpful. She held the door open for me because I am using crutches (had foot surgery) and then she carried my cookies out to my car. Great customer service. I wish I had gotten her name.

When this business first opened the cookies were phenomenal, prices were descent. We have ordered their assorted regular sized cookies and minis a handful of times within the last few months, lately they have been awful each time. I have given them multiple chances thinking maybe it was just that batch. I’m not sure what has changed. Some are dull and chewy while others like the brookie for example, are hard and absolutely bitter. I would recommend crumbl in Kennewick, that is where we take our service now. Updated prices aren’t worth the quality of food they are serving.

They have a great assortment of cookie flavors! The turnovers are super yummy too!
