Yellow Bike Coffee - Hermantown

We opted for drive-thru service due to COVID-19 restrictions, so I was not able to fully experience the restaurant. However, the interior looked beautiful from the window! I ordered the protein balls (only vegan baked goods were available, although they mentioned having more options on weekends) and an iced chai tea latte for a quick breakfast. The menu had a variety of options with some vegan choices, but not a wide selection.
